A lawyer meeting with business magnate Donald Trump was stunned when he shouted that she was disgusting and “ran” out of a meeting when she indicated that she needed to pump breast milk for her baby, according to CNN.
Attorney Elizabeth Beck had understood that she’d be able to excuse herself during s scheduled lunch break in a deposition in order to pump food for her child, but met with a rant from Trump who allegedly went red in the face, pointed at her and screamed “you’re disgusting, you’re disgusting” before dashing out of the meeting.
Beck insists she’d intended going to a private space in order to pump, but Trump’s attorney, Allen Garten claimed that she’d acted with unprecedented behaviour in wanting to pump breast milk during a deposition. He reiterated that Beck’s behaviour was “disgusting” and added that she’d attempted to pump breast milk in a meeting with five lawyers after she’d allegedly moved the pump towards her breast.
Beck stated that Trump’s behaviour was unprofessional and that she doubted his ability to liaise with world leaders, in reference to his intentions to run for president of the US.
Trump later gloated in a Tweet that he’d “loved beating her”, after asking her in the meeting if she was “stupid”.
.CNN & @CNNPolitics Lawyer Elizabeth Beck did a terrible job against me, she lost (I even got legal fees). I loved beating her,she was easy

Trump’s comments could easily be compared with those of another world leader, Pope Francis, who recently encouraged mothers to breastfeed, even in church, as this was simply the natural thing to do.
No more boob shaming!
Public breastfeeding as a debate continues to extend to different contexts: whether you are a mom choosing to breastfeed in a restaurant or an employee choosing to pump breast milk in the workplace, there remains a battle to convince the rest of the world that feeding a baby is not inappropriate.
Breastfeeding moms are fed up of:
• Having to feed or being told to feed their babies in bathrooms at work or restaurants
• Being treated as though breastfeeding is in some way perverse or sexual
• Feeling compelled to wean their babies earlier in order to cave in to external pressure
• Experiencing sexist attitudes in the workplace as a result of breastfeeding or pumping
• Being blocked from social media channels for breastfeeding.
Do you agree that Trump was wrong to label breastfeeding “disgusting”?
